Adobe Photoshop Tools - Meausure Tool & Image Straighteningt's not uncommon when taking photographs to not realise that the camera isn't straight. It's often only when we see them on our PC's or Mac's that we realise our error. This is easily fixed using Photoshop or Photoshop Elements. As with most things in Photoshop there is always more than one way of doing things. To straighten images up, weather it is to level a horizon or make a building vertical I find the simplest way is to use the measure tool which is located behind the eye dropper tool on the Tools Pallet on the left of your screen. This toll works the same both in vertical and horizontal planes and I have included a video showing both. |
